the shuttle to the ski pistes could be improved: one day we had to wait for more than 1/2 hours with the kids in the middle of a big storm.

This hotel is peaceful with friendly staff and is conveniently located near the national park and the mountains, as well as being a short distance from Lewes Priory Park.

The food. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, beyond any expectations.

There are no tea facilities in the room. It means nothing if you are well, but I caught cold so a kettle would have been the way.

Noisy - some guests talked loudly in corridors outside rooms. Bedroom doors banged loudly when open and closed. Food in restaurant was hit and miss - a bit too elaborate with sauces over everything.

the hotel's restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes at reasonable prices. It was also situated in a prime location, close to several tourist attractions. the terrace provided a stunning view of the city.

The pool area, which was overcrowded and dirty. the lack of proper cleaning made it difficult to enjoy.

Located close to beautiful mountains, this hotel is great for hiking trips. It's only a short drive to Pyrenees national park in France. the ski slopes are also nearby, making it an ideal base for winter sports lovers. the staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is superb. the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is well-equipped. the hotel provides underground parking, and the on-site spa and pools are also great facilities.

Some areas of the hotel may be noisy, so light sleepers will want to choose a room away from the bar or motorway.
